About this role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience to own our product experience from end-to-end. You are a designer with excellent product taste and a strong sense of usability who enjoys working in a fast-moving startup environment. You will be our first product designer, shaping how users interact with our cutting-edge AI voice agents and building a beautiful, intuitive product from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Own the product experience end-to-end, from early concepts to polished, shipped features.
Shape how users interact with AI voice agents, turning complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
Work side-by-side with engineers and founders to define, refine, and ship features.
Conduct customer interviews and translate user pain points into thoughtful design solutions.
Build and evolve Retell’s design system, setting the standard for consistency and craftsmanship.
