We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider. We offer products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Microgrids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming, and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance.
JOB SUMMARY
The Accounting Associate supports day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor relations, account reconciliations, bank and credit card activity, month-end close, year-end reporting, and related administrative support. This position is expected to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, communicate professionally, and follow established accounting policies and procedures.
ACCOUNTING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with accounts payable processing and vendor communications.
- Perform timely reconciliations of all credit card transactions across multiple systems.
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors and creditors and assist with resolving account discrepancies.
- Collect and maintain vendor tax information, including W-9s, and assist with annual 1099 preparation.
- Maintain organized electronic records of invoices, payments, vendor documentation, and other accounting records.
- Complete vendor and credit applications as needed.
- Assist with month-end close by collecting vendor statements, identifying missing invoices, categorizing credit card transactions
- Assist with year-end reporting and other accounting projects as assigned.
- Retrieve, open, and distribute incoming mail and accounting-related correspondence.
- Work with other departments to obtain information, documentation, approvals, and follow-up needed to support Accounting operations.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties assigned by the Accounting Manager or senior leadership.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files for administrative and accounting documentation.
ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENT SUPPORT
- Prepare shipping labels and packages when requested to support company operations.
- Maintain company insurance administration, including monitoring payments, tracking renewal dates, and helping ensure policies remain current.
- Coordinate office supply replenishment and maintain adequate administrative supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years of related accounting experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of GAAP.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO) and NetSuite.
- Experience working with multiple accounting, payment, or operational systems preferred.
- Ability to periodically lift up to 50 pounds when performing occasional administrative or shipping-related duties.

- Work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and using a computer.
- Periodically lift files, boxes, packages, or other items up to 50 pounds.
