Production Supervisor – Press Room Operations

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the daily oversight of press room operations, ensuring efficient production, quality standards, and a safe working environment. This role works closely with the General Manager and leads press room personnel to maintain productivity and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day press room operations
  • Lead, support, and manage press room operators
  • Train employees to become self-sufficient and highly proficient in their roles
  • Troubleshoot and resolve press, tooling, and production issues
  • Monitor workflow to ensure production goals and deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs run, production output, and performance
  • Promote and enforce safety procedures and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding production status and issues

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of manufacturing experience (press room or similar environment preferred)
  • 2–4 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training is a plus)
