General Summary
Provides administrative support for the pre-boarding function through advanced coordination for the non-provider recruitment team. This requires an ability to work independently, and to have excellent customer service, communication, organizational skills, and critical thinking while working with sensitive information.

Essential Functions:
- Provides administrative, organizational, and clerical assistance and support for the pre-boarding process through the coordination of communication with new hires and transfers, pre-boarding tracking, background checks, I9s, references, motor vehicle record (MVR), child abuse clearances (CAC), and onboarding tasks, while verifying recruiter work to ensure accuracy.
- Audits employment data in HRIS/ATS systems to ensure regulatory accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinates and conducts newly hired onboarding intake calls to obtain private personal details for employment and to provide administrative support through the onboarding process.
- Tracks and maintains pre-employment health requirements scheduling/compliance.
- Processes start date changes, offer withdraws, offer declines, and early transfer forms.
- Manages referral bonus payments, relocation, and reimbursement process for all eligible hires.
- Learns, utilizes, and reviews for compliance third party vendor sites for pre-boarding and initiates adverse action if needed.
- Processes and verifies that special circumstance hires are compliant (e.g., Externs, Graduate Nurses/Agency to hire).
- Responds to general HR inquiries and communicates to the appropriate point of contact.
- Serves as point of contact for newly hired employees, transfers, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Reviews all hiring requirements per job description for accuracy and makes sure that necessary data is collected accurately during pre-boarding, ensuring that hires and transfers are starting in an appropriate timeframe in the HRIS system.
- Assists in special initiatives and projects as requested.

Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Associates Degree Preferred
Work Experience:
- 3 years Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or Business Management experience Required and
- Customer service experience Required
- 1 year Project coordination/management or Information Management experience. Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Extensive skills with automated office applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and related programs.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with exceptional ability in the use of grammar and the English language in speech and written format in order to provide written communication that is readily understood and accurate, and also to facilitate verbal communication with all customers and other staff.
