Connect business strategy with supply chain planning and execution, using data, collaboration, and strong leadership.

Responsibilities:

•    Implement governance for LATAM Supply chain project, leading the organization to enhance the project management practices and strong deliverables. 
•    Manage projects for Supply chain, leading and implementing them to improve reliability and efficiency for our processes and people.
•    Coordinates a cross functional team, leading by influence and keeping members motivated even under difficult circumstances.
•    Plan, define and monitor projects implementation checking performance, measures and continuous improvement practices and tools to improve quality, costs, and reliability.
•    Keep stakeholders communicated about project progress/issues.
•    Develop a training portfolio for Supply chain area, enabling their members to develop skills and improve their competencies related to project management.
•    Provide support on ad-hoc operations initiatives through supplying information, conducting financial analysis, and recommending actions to management.
•    Translate business strategy into supply chain priorities.
•    Lead supply chain strategic planning and roadmap development.
•    Drive planning process improvements and digital tools adoption.

Qualifications:
 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Ag Business or Business Administration related. 
•    Knowledge Seeds Business Platform.
•    Previous experience in Supply Chain /Operations.
•    Project management skills.
•    Must have solid interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
•    English advanced, Spanish basic.
•    CPIM is a plus (Certified in Planning and Inventory management).
•    Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
•    Strategic thinking and long-range planning.
•    Data-driven decision-making and analytics.
•    Cross-functional leadership across operations, finance, sales, procurement, and logistics.
•    Scenario planning and risk management.
•    Technology fluency, including ERP, planning tools, AI, and automation.
