Qualification: SSC / HSC
Experience: Minimum 1 Year Recent Customer Service Experience – US/UK Process Mandatory
Night Shift Experience: Preferred
English Communication: Excellent – V5 Quality Mandatory
Age: 21–37 Years
? SHIFT & WORKING
Shift: 11 PM – 8 AM
Working: 5 Days
Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs (Mon–Fri)
SALARY & BENEFITS
₹35,000–₹40,000 In-Hand

₹100/Day Night Shift Allowance
Salary Starts From Day 1
Salary Date: 1st of Every Month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle VIP customer queries professionally.
• Make renewal and follow-up calls to existing customers.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain high customer service and quality standards.
• Achieve renewal, calling, and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
