Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Off: Rotational
Salary: ₹21,000 In-Hand | ₹25,000 CTC + Incentives
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for Sales professionals to handle life insurance sales, customer interaction and lead conversion for the SBI process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customer calls and explain life insurance products
• Generate and convert sales leads
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads
• Ensure quality customer service and timely follow-ups
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Minimum 1 year of Sales experience
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Customer handling and relationship management
• Target-oriented approach
• Basic computer knowledge
• HSC / Graduate qualification
