ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced LLM Architect to design and develop scalable AI and Large Language Model solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, along with knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and implement scalable LLM and AI architectures
• Lead development, optimization, and deployment of language models
• Work with large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments
• Collaborate with multiple teams and drive key technical decisions
• Troubleshoot complex challenges related to model training and deployment
• Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Align technical strategies with business and project requirements
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform
Strong experience with large-scale data processing
Neural network design and optimization
Distributed computing environments
LLM / NLP concepts and frameworks
Model training and deployment
GOOD TO HAVE
Data Science
Machine Learning (ML)
Experience with NLP/AI frameworks
Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills
