HIRING | FIRST PARTY COLLECTIONS
Location: Pune
Process: First Party Collections
Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month
Incentives: Unlimited Performance Incentives
Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday + Sundays
Login Shifts: 5:30 PM, 8:30 PM & 1:30 AM
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our First Party Collections process in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle first party collection calls and follow-ups
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding payments
• Achieve collection and performance targets
• Maintain accurate customer and payment records
• Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively
• Follow company policies and collection guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience in collections, telecalling, customer service or related processes preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Candidates should be comfortable working in late-night shifts
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 take-home, depending on last drawn salary and years of experience
Unlimited incentives based on performance
