WE ARE HIRING | FIELD SUPERVISOR
Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Work Environment: Factory / Industrial Sites
Work Mode: Field-Based | Local Travel
We are looking for a responsible and reliable Field Supervisor to manage day-to-day activities across assigned factory sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise ongoing production and site activities
• Manage and coordinate workers at assigned sites
• Visit and monitor 2–3 factory locations regularly
• Provide and collect company devices from factory sites
• Collect devices and submit them to the office in the evening
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed properly
• Coordinate between workers and the project team
• Handle regular site-level activities and ensure smooth operations

Candidate Requirements:
• Must be a local candidate from Bangalore
• Comfortable travelling between assigned factory sites daily
• Comfortable physically reporting to factory/site locations
• Experience in worker supervision/site management preferred
• Able to identify and handle day-to-day site activities
• Responsible, punctual and reliable
• Comfortable working in an industrial/factory environment
