  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
  • Work with the crew to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all Company and jobsite safety requirements.
  • Travel to jobsites and work extended hours as required by project schedules.

Qualifications

  • Previous construction, utility, sewer, CIPP, or heavy civil experience preferred.
  • CIPP or sewer rehabilitation experience is a plus.
  • Heavy equipment operating experience is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • CDL is a plus.
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding work and regularly lift 50+ lbs.

  • Must be comfortable working around manholes, sewer systems, heavy equipment, and active construction sites.
  • Must be willing and able to travel based on project needs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Typical work schedules are Monday through Saturday, with weekly hours generally ranging from 55 to 70 hours. This position requires frequent out-of-town travel and extended stays at project locations as needed. On occasion, work may include shift work, weekends, evenings, holidays, and overnight travel. Flexibility is required to meet operational and project demands.
