Construction Manager (Title II Services)
Summary: Provides on-site construction management, quality assurance, and contract administration for awarded construction projects at Luke AFB. Contingent upon award.
Key Duties:
- Conduct construction observation, progress reporting, and manage change requests.
- Ensure construction meets Air Force standards and user requirements.
- Review submittals, shop drawings, and coordinate inspection/testing schedules.
- Oversee contractor quality control and recommend progress payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly construction reports.
- Facilitate project meetings and briefings for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5 years of construction management experience, or 10 years of commercial construction inspection (if no degree).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2024, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks.
