Sachbearbeiter Personenschaden (m/w/d)

Als Teil von Verisk Med in Köln gestaltest du die Zukunft der Personenschadenregulierung beim europäischen Marktführer mit. Du bist nicht einfach nur Sachbearbeiter, sondern die entscheidende Schnittstelle zwischen Medizin, Recht und Versicherungswesen, die durch digitale Exzellenz und faire Bewertungen echten Impact schafft.

Responsibilities

• Fachliche Steuerung: Du prüfst und bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich komplexe Schadenfälle in der privaten Unfallversicherung, inklusive der Bewertung von Invaliditäts- und Rentenansprüchen.

• Schnittstellenmanagement: Du bist professioneller Ansprechpartner für Versicherungsnehmer, Anwälte, Makler sowie Gutachter und führst die Kommunikation sicher zum Ziel.

• Service-Exzellenz: Du stellst eine kompetente und wertschätzende Beratung sicher – sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich.

• Prozessoptimierung: Du bringst dich aktiv ein, um unsere Marktführerschaft durch effiziente und faire Regulierungswege weiter auszubauen.

Qualifications

Must-have:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Versicherungswesen oder als Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte:r.

• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Schadenregulierung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf die private Unfallversicherung.

• Eine klare, empathische Ausdrucksweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.

• Eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Lust, dich stetig in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten.

 

Nice to have:

• Spezifisches medizinisches Know-how ist ein massiver Pluspunkt für dein Daily Business.
