KFZ-Sachverständiger (m/w/d) – im Innendienst

Du liebst Autos, Technik und den Blick fürs Detail? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als KFZ-Sachverständiger im Innendienst bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle, wenn es um die digitale Schadenaufnahme und -bearbeitung geht. Du kombinierst technisches Fachwissen mit einem freundlichen Draht zu unseren Kunden – und sorgst so dafür, dass jeder Schadenfall fair, transparent und schnell abgewickelt wird.

Responsibilities

• Erstellung technischer Gutachten mit den gängigen Kalkulationssystemen (DAT/Audatex)
• Ermittlung von Wiederbeschaffungswert, Restwert und Wertminderung
• Prüfung und Bewertung von Schadenbildern auf Plausibilität und Kompatibilität
• Erstellung von Reparaturabläufen und Maßnahmen – unter Berücksichtigung aktueller technischer und rechtlicher Vorgaben
• Teilnahme an internen und externen Schulungen, um immer up to date zu bleiben
• Bearbeitung von Nachträgen sowie Rechnungsprüfung

Qualifications

• Meisterausbildung im KFZ-Handwerk, Dipl.-Ing., B.Sc., B.Eng. oder Ausbildung zum Sachverständigen
• Sicherer Umgang mit PC und Kalkulationssystemen (DAT/Audatex)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte rhetorische Fähigkeiten
