Job Description
Office Administration
- Manage daily office administration activities and act as the primary liaison with the co-working office provider.
- Coordinate office facilities, vendors, utilities, access management, and workplace requirements.
- Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and administrative coordination for stakeholders.
- Organize corporate gifts and festive gift arrangements in line with company guidelines.
- Support onboarding activities for visitors and employees using office facilities.
Administrative & HR Coordination
- Coordinate overseas travel arrangements in collaboration with CO APAC team.
- Manage travel claims, invoices, and related documentation.
- Support HR administration processes while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in ESG-related data collection and reporting requirements.
Business Support & Coordination
- Support quarterly business reporting and management updates.
- Coordinate data collection for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Provide administrative support for ongoing business initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in office administration, executive support, or administrative coordination.
- Experience in manufacturing, EMS, industrial, or B2B environments preferred.
- Experience working in co-working office environments is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
