ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Greets customers in pleasant and professional manner
Computes customer bills
Receives cash, check and credit card payments from customers
Manages and accounts for cash in cash-box and credit card receipts
Refers customers who have questions about work performed to appropriate party
Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise, and when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to appropriate individual 
Maintains and files repair orders, parts invoices, rental forms; lists missing documents
Assists service and parts department with telephone coverage
Assists with clerical duties as requested
Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Assists service customers during the morning and evening service rush whenever possible
Assists with clerical duties as requested
Maintains a professional appearance
Keeps work area neat and clean
Additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma 
3+ years of accounting and/or accounts receivable experience 
3+ years of cashier experience 
Detail oriented, highly organized, and motivated to provide great customer service
Requires a strong sense of urgency
Computer skills and Knowledge of Microsoft products
Organized, dependable, and accurate
Minimum of 3 years of parts, inventory, and general office experience
Industry experience a plus
Requires good verbal and written skills. Must be able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
