About the Role
We are hiring talented, experienced, and driven individuals with a strong foundation
analytical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial analysis and Excellence
  • Budgeting: Manage monthly budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
through vendor bidding.
  • Revenue recognition: Update actual revenue figures for the month.
  • Forecasting: Update forecast figures for the month.
  • Billing & CRM: Handle accurate data entry for invoicing, expense tracking, and
CRM updates.
  • Executive Support: Prepare high-stakes presentations and reports for
leadership regarding operational health.
  • Rectify incorrect invoices and ensure correct POs are provided by the client for
smooth invoicing process.

2. Project Governance
  • Exhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to deliver high-quality
solutions to clients
  • Execution Tracking: Maintain project trackers, ensuring milestones are met and
blockers are escalated.
  • Track project changes and reflect that in the Forecast and Actuals data.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential delays in cross-functional workflows and
suggest proactive solutions.
  • Agile Support: Assist in implementing Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintaining
Kanban boards for internal initiatives.
  • Documentation: Own the "Source of Truth" for projects, including SOPs, meeting
minutes, and progress reports.
  • Pricing model development: Create new projects and develop new pricing
model tracking mechanisms.

3. Commercial contracts
  • Update client engagement leads on upcoming contract renewal dates and
drive conversation around new SoWs required.
  • Use existing SoW and Change request documents to support renewals and
backlog revenue.

4. Occasional events
Help the team with finding corporate event locations once every 2 months.
Raise budget for the cost of the events and get it verified with the budget team.
Raise office concerns if you see any with Operations Director.
