About this role
We are looking for a Deployment Strategist with 3-6 years of experience to own live enterprise deployments of ValonOS for the largest mortgage servicers in the country. You'll be a high-horsepower operator who thrives in ambiguity — someone from consulting (MBB), investment banking, or a high-growth startup who wants to move from making recommendations to owning outcomes end-to-end.
What will you be doing?
- Own enterprise deployments from understanding how a client's operation works through configuring the platform, driving adoption, and delivering measurable business results
- Spend time on-site with customers observing workflows, digging into data, and solving operational problems (~10% travel, domestic only)
- Partner with engineering and product to translate messy, legacy workflows into scalable software solutions
- Make decisions with incomplete information — every deployment looks different and you're figuring out what's actually true
- Help build the playbooks, tooling, and processes that make future rollouts faster and more scalable
Key Requirements
- Top 20 undergraduate institution (domestic or international equivalents like Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, Waterloo)
- 3-6 years of experience in MBB consulting, investment banking (Goldman, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Lazard, Evercore, etc.), PE/hedge funds, or high-growth startups
- Demonstrated AI fluency — must actively use AI tools and technologies in their current workflow
- High agency, ownership mentality, and comfort working in ambiguity with incomplete information
- No job-hopping — need to see tenure and stability (promotions within a company are a strong green flag)
