Job Summary

Relationship-driven marketing/business development professional to help us grow and sustain media sponsorships with a focus on Delaware. This role combines networking,
account development, and strategic outreach to connect mission-aligned businesses with public media audiences.

Authority and Accountability

This person reports to the General Manager

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in sales, communications, marketing or related field and five years' experience in positions of increasing responsibility
  • Outstanding communications and relationship skills
  • Proficiency with a variety of software systems especially Canva, Adobe, Microsoft Office (esp. PowerPoint & Excel) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact)
  • Excellent design and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with public radio programming and the mission of public media in general

Additional Job Information:

The position is a part-time, non-exempt Contingent I role.
