The Center for Information Technology Services (CITS) has an exciting opportunity available for an Associate Analyst for Enterprise Administrative Applications. The selected candidate will be part of a team responsible for supporting, and maintaining Docusign, Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow), and Kuali Research enterprise applications. Responsibilities include application configuration, electronic form development, monitoring, support, troubleshooting, and reporting. Working under direction, the Associate Analyst will develop an understanding of application features, configuration options, business processes, and data workflows, while serving as a liaison to the campus community. The position requires the ability to assess current campus business practices, analyze and leverage administrative application capabilities, and develop solutions that improve efficiency and support best practices. Typical duties include monitoring critical business activities, resolving operational and technical issues, and escalating complex matters to appropriate functional or technical resources.

Work Location
This position is eligible for a primarily remote hybrid work arrangement. While most work may be performed remotely, employees are expected to attend on-campus meetings, training sessions, team activities, and other business-related events as needed. Employees must be able to work in Maryland or one of the following contiguous jurisdictions: the District of Columbia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or West Virginia. Candidates who do not currently reside in one of these locations must be willing to relocate prior to employment. This work location requirement applies to all work arrangements, including remote and hybrid positions.
PRIMARY DUTIES
With guidance, designs, configures, tests and assists in the implementation of functional aspects of enterprise-wide application software solutions. With guidance, the ability to assess current campus business practices, analyze and understand ERP software applications and develop solutions to implement best practices for campus business functions.
This may entail drafting new business processes and/or developing functional specifications for enhancements to the enterprise-wide application software. Typical duties also include acting as a liaison to campus community, monitoring critical business activities, troubleshooting and resolving issues and escalating complex matters to the appropriate project resources.
Essential Functions
With guidance, design, configure, maintain, and test Docusign, Perceptive Content, and/or Kuali Research application’s electronic forms/templates for administrative business functions.
Assess business practices and requirements and analyze Docusign, Perceptive Content, and/or Kuali Research software applications to evaluate viable solutions.
Assist in the implementation of solutions for new clients, programs, and projects.
Act as a liaison between end users and technical team to address issues and recommend solutions.
Interact with campus customers to translate business requirements into specifications for electronic forms/templates, data reporting, interfaces, and enhancements.
Assist in designing electronic forms and data reporting specifications. Create and execute test plans, evaluate, and document results.
Ensure data integrity within these systems and maintain appropriate documentation.
Assist in coordinating the interactions and integrations of third-party solutions with our administrative applications, including troubleshooting, problem-solving and formulating solutions. Assist in providing training to end-users.
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration, Computer Engineering or a field related to application, such as business, finance, or human resources.
Experience: Prior knowledge of enterprise application functionality preferred. This may include working as user of an ERP/enterprise-wide application system.
Other: Except for qualifications established by law, additional related experience and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work of the job class may be substituted for the education or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 undergraduate college credits being equivalent to one year of related experience. In instances where specific education and/or experience is required only directly related education and/or experience may be substituted.

Knowledge of Docusign, Perceptive Content, Jira, Microsoft Excel, SQL and/or XML preferred.
Hiring Range: $67,500 - $70,000; commensurate with education and experience
