About this role

Job Summary:

The Administrative  Coordinator will be responsible for a number of operational functions to ensure smooth administrative operations of the Hepatology home team. The main job responsibilities will include scheduling and liaison for procedures,  daily review of work queues , review of the  clinic and procedure schedules to maximize provider productivity, liaison with the Contact Center team , endoscopy unit and  central authorization team on escalations and will be actively engaged in daily huddles, PDSA and other operation improvement activities.
