Our internship program offers college students a hands-on opportunity to experience the inner workings of a rapidly growing retail company. Interns work alongside teams, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain exposure to the many departments that shape the Tuckernuck customer experience.
Program Overview
As a Tuckernuck intern, you will:
Onboard - Participate in an in-person orientation and get to know fellow interns and the broader Tuckernuck team
Learn - Gain insight into different career paths and develop practical skills through biweekly trainings designed to support your future career
Contribute - Produce meaningful work by taking ownership of projects and tasks
Collaborate - Work cross-functionally with teams across the business to understand how an omnichannel brand operates and succeeds
Develop - Receive coaching, mentorship, and ongoing feedback from your leaders
Find the Fun - Have access to office amenities and participate in company Find the Fun events to socialize and network
Areas where interns may be placed include:
Photo Studio
Styling
Digital Assets/Photo Retouching
Graphic Design
Operations
Marketing
Merchandising
Copywriting/Editorial
Buying & Planning
Private Label - Design Assistant & Sample Coordinator
Internship placement will be based on business needs, candidate experience, and area of interest.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants have successfully completed their junior year in college/university
Applicants should be working towards or have earned a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retailing, Design, Production, Textiles, Media Studies, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.
Compensation
The pay for this position will be $18 per hour. This position will be classified as part-time non-exempt.
