At our facility in Bulgaria, we produce essential components for current and voltage transformers. These high-quality components are exported to Trench factories in Germany, Italy, and Canada, where they are used to assemble final products – high-voltage measuring transformers. Our transformers are integral to the functioning of power plants, substations, and high-voltage power lines, ensuring reliable and efficient energy transmission.

Your Tasks: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Control costs and revenues, analyze variances against budget Support month-end and period-end closing, including assessments/distributions and reconciliations across CO and FI Prepare CAPEX evaluations and payback/ROI calculations for investment decisions Manage fixed assets – capitalization, depreciation, physical counts Prepare management reporting for local management and HQ Lead the budgeting and forecasting process end-to-end, partnering with department heads and management Assist with audits and liaise with external advisors

Requirements: University degree in Economics (Accounting, Finance, or similar) Extensive hands-on experience in finance or controlling, ideally in a multinational manufacturing or industrial company Proven experience working with SAP FICO in an operational accounting or controlling role Solid grasp of accounting and reporting principles, including core IFRS concepts – debits and credits shouldn't keep you up at night Experience with Asset Accounting is a plus, but not required Analytical mindset and attention to detail – you love it when the numbers tie out to the last cent English – working proficiency (communication with HQ) Strong Excel skills – formulas are your friends, not your foes Open-minded about new technology and AI tools – you enjoy experimenting, building, and optimizing models, and you're not afraid of change Willingness to be on-site at the factory a minimum of 2–3 days per week – candidates commuting from Sofia should factor this into their decision
