About this role
At Track24, our technology isn't just software, it is built to keep personnel safe, manage critical incidents, and help save lives in high-risk environments across the globe.
We are looking for a sharp, ambitious, and curious Customer Solutions Associate to join our team. This isn't a typical support role. It is a high-impact, fast-moving launchpad combining frontline client support, rapidly evolving satellite & tracking hardware, and commercial market intelligence.
If you are looking for a role which will give you exposure to a range of different career paths across the commercial, technology and product spaces, as well as a role where your work directly contributes to keeping people safe, this is it.
What You’ll Do
Support Mission-Critical Operations: Serve as the first line of contact for clients relying on AtlasNXT, powering seamless client onboarding sessions and managing end-to-end hardware logistics (configuration, testing, dispatch).
Develop & Test Life-Saving Hardware: Get hands-on with state-of-the-art tracking, comms, and satellite devices. Evaluate new tech, build hardware guides, and research global suppliers.
Fuel Commercial Growth: Conduct market research to identify new industries, track competitor trends, support high-stakes client proposals (RFIs/RFPs), and help launch new commercial propositions.
