About this role
Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
Provide technical leadership in Classical AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI development
Oversee AI/ML solution architecture, model integration, and deployment pipelines.
Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices in Python, AI frameworks, and delivery management.
Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams, managing risks and dependencies.
Be travel-ready for client workshops, project kickoffs, and on-site delivery support.
Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposal preparation, and client presentations when required.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in software delivery and technical leadership roles.
Strong expertise in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph).
Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, APIs).
Hands-on experience with Agentic Development (Claude, Codex, or Cursor) and a deep understanding of concepts like harness, context, and memory.
