Job DetailsLevel: EntryAssist drivers by entering a po number and Validate PO numbers to authorize driver pickups.
Generate VAPS (Machining orders.)
Perform meticulous double-checks on material specs (thickness, pressure classes, and threading type) to eliminate discrepancies prior to customer vehicle load-out.
Complete transaction documentation, log shortages, and coordinate directly with Inside Sales and Warehouse Teams to resolve order errors.
QualificationsA high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
Familiarity with basic office software, including word processors and spreadsheets.
Clear verbal and written skills for interacting with staff and the public.
Ability to visually identify and verify different industrial materials, schedules, and pressure ratings (stainless steel pipe, flanges & fittings)
