About this role

This position maintains and updates the student database and student academic files, assists with new student orientation, organizes and initiates all course building and registrations. Prepares and verifies the accuracy of transcripts and transcript assessments, attendance, and grades during the process of maintaining and recording all student status changes. Leads, organizes or assists with inside/outside 
events. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree

Experience:

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Proficient in computer operations and public relations.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience with student academic records or records management both electronic and hard copy.
