Yard Dispatcher - Midland, TX
LOCATION: Midland - Texas - USA
DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN
Purpose:
Colaborates with Logistics activitites of the Yard.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receives the request of materials from the rig, generates the query in the tool detailing what the client is asking for (tubes and/or accessories).
- Launches the request to the yard and performs the hiring of the transportation.
- Gathers the information to perform the dispatch of the order and starts the invoicing process by uploading all the information in the tool.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
