About this role

TechOp Solutions International is seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide operational, records-management, scheduling, and meeting-management support to federal program teams.

Duties:

  • Support administration and consolidation of annual and ad hoc data calls for federal innovation.
  • Maintain program-office digital artifacts and records throughout the annual cycle.
  • Develop and maintain participant rosters, calendars, contact lists, meeting invitations, agendas, minutes, action items, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics involving client organizations, cross-functional partners, contractors, and senior leadership.
  • Maintain Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, the client intranet, and approved records repositories in accordance with established naming and filing conventions.
  • Track deadlines, approvals, deliverables, property, onboarding actions, and follow-up items; elevate risks or overdue actions promptly.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 7 years of administrative/program support, experience.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information, competing priorities, detailed records, and senior-level schedules.
  • Strong written communication, organization, customer-service, and proofreading skills.
  • Must meet security eligibility requirements
