About the opportunity

  • As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will act as the operational anchor driving flawless execution and campaign performance across Teads’ proprietary platforms in Paris. Sitting at the intersection of ad technology, media planning, and client success, you will collaborate daily with Sales, Account Management, Insights, and Creative teams to ensure digital advertising campaigns exceed client expectations from kickoff to final wrap-up.

What will you do?

  • Own Campaign Execution: Manage and track digital advertising campaigns end-to-end, ensuring full delivery, pacing accuracy, continuous optimization, and strict alignment with client KPIs.
  • Client Onboarding & Setup: Guide clients through their onboarding journey on Teads platforms, leading campaign setup and ensuring seamless technical integration.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics to extract actionable insights, delivering detailed pacing updates and comprehensive end-of-campaign wrap-up reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Insights, and Studio/Creative teams to orchestrate unified, high-performing campaign workflows.
  • Media Planning & Measurement: Participate in media planning activities, Reachcast forecasting, and the execution of Brand Lift studies to measure true campaign impact.
  • Quality & Compliance: Safeguard operational integrity by upholding strict Brand Safety standards, tracking protocols, and internal compliance policies.
  • Process & Documentation: Maintain precise campaign archives and documentation while proactively contributing to best-practice sharing and continuous process improvement.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Your skills and experiences:
    • Core Experience: Demonstrated initial experience (e.g., internships or entry-level roles) in ad operations, digital media planning, or campaign management within a fast-paced environment.
    • Analytical Mindset: Comfort working with digital performance metrics, reporting datasets, and campaign optimization techniques.
    • Communication: Professional fluency in both French and English, with strong interpersonal capabilities to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
    • Execution & Ownership: High attention to detail, strong organizational agility, and a proactive attitude toward solving operational gaps.
  • Bonus points:
    • Prior exposure to programmatic buying, DSP platforms, or ad serving technology.
    • Hands-on experience setting up third-party tracking tags or working with post-campaign reporting dashboards.
    • Familiarity with media forecasting tools or Brand Lift measurement frameworks.
  • You connect with our values:
    • Relentless Customer Focus: You put customers at the heart of everything, building strong relationships, understanding customers needs, and making decisions that keep their perspective front and center.
    • Act Today, Not Tomorrow: You make smart decisions quickly, prioritize action over perfection, and keep things moving forward, even when things aren’t 100% clear.
    • Obsess About Outcomes: You’re outcome-driven, take ownership of your results, and work through challenges to deliver what really matters.
    • Evolve Through Change: You’re adaptable, curious, and see change as a chance to learn and improve. You evolve your skills to keep up and push ahead.
    • Human-driven, Powered by AI: While we use AI to drive performance, it’s our people who make the real difference. You bring empathy, collaboration, and a love of learning to everything you do.

Life at Teads

At Teads, we’re building what’s next for the open internet. By bringing together the strengths of Teads and Outbrain, we’ve created a global omnichannel platform connecting brands, agencies, publishers, and audiences across CTV, mobile, and web from brand building through to performance.

But what makes Teads different isn’t only what we’re building. It’s how we build it. We work at the intersection of media, technology, creativity, data, and AI. That means solving complex problems, adapting quickly, challenging established ways of working, and turning new technology into meaningful outcomes for our customers and partners.

Our EVP reflects the experience we want every Teadster to have.

Impact Without Borders

Your work here can travel far beyond your immediate team, market, or job description.

Teads operates across markets, functions, cultures, and disciplines, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues around the world and contribute to work that has genuine global reach. Whether you are building technology, working with advertisers, supporting publishers, developing creative solutions, or helping our teams grow, you will have the opportunity to see how your work connects to something bigger. We value people who look beyond boundaries, share ideas openly, and take ownership of the impact they can create.

Complexity That Makes You Better

Advertising and technology are changing quickly and we see that complexity as an opportunity.

At Teads, you will work on problems that do not always have an obvious answer. You will navigate evolving technology, changing customer expectations, new AI capabilities, shifting consumer behaviours, and a rapidly transforming media landscape. We want people who are curious enough to ask better questions, confident enough to experiment, and adaptable enough to keep learning. You will have access to modern tools, AI and automation, talented colleagues, and opportunities to stretch beyond what you already know.

Because the best careers are not built by doing the same thing repeatedly. They are built by taking on challenges that make you better.

Ambition, Made Human

We are ambitious about what we want to build but we believe high performance and humanity should coexist.

Teadsters are smart, resourceful, approachable, and passionate about what they do. We expect high standards, but we also value collaboration, openness, trust, and the different perspectives people bring to the table. You will work with people who care about results while still caring about how those results are achieved. Through our employee-led Employee Resource Groups and wider community initiatives, Teadsters can also contribute to areas including sustainability, women’s empowerment, charitable initiatives, diversity, equity and inclusion.

We want people to grow here, challenge themselves here, and help shape what Teads becomes next.

Building the Future of Media

AI, automation, and emerging technology are already changing how our industry works. At Teads, we are not watching that transformation from the sidelines.

We actively explore how technology can help us work smarter, make better decisions, create stronger advertising experiences, and solve problems differently. That means we look for people who are comfortable learning, experimenting, applying judgement, and evolving alongside technology.

You do not need to have every answer. But you should be curious about what comes next.

If you want to work somewhere where your impact can cross borders, complexity can accelerate your growth, and ambition still feels human, there is a place for you at Teads.

Equal Opportunity Employer

Teads is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and providing equal opportunities throughout recruitment and employment. We value different backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and ways of thinking, and we are committed to building teams that reflect the diverse global communities, customers, and audiences we serve.
