About this role
1st Sunday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm
2nd Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm
Essential Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, patching, and cleaning
- Apply paint, stains, primers, sealers, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Apply primer or sealers to paint surfaces
- Clean up work area once project is finished
- Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner
- Works on and completes all facility team-based goals
- Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests
- Other duties as required
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 2+ years of commercial, industrial, or facility painting experience
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions
- Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Strong attention to detail and worksmanship
