About the opportunity

Lead the delivery of a public-benefits contact center that helps residents access information and assistance. TDB Communications is seeking a Project Manager for its proposed contact center program. You will serve as the primary delivery contact for the client and coordinate operations, technology, security, and subcontractor performance. We're looking for a proven government contracting professional who is comfortable with client reporting requirements, compliance obligations, and subcontractor oversight in a public-sector service delivery environment.

What you will do

Own the integrated program plan, deliverables, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decision log from transition through ongoing operations.
Lead District status meetings and executive reviews; present service results, corrective actions, upcoming decisions, and resource needs clearly.
Coordinate workforce mobilization, knowledge transfer, system access, testing, and operational readiness with TDB, District, and partner teams.
Oversee the Operations, Training, and Knowledge Base Managers and coordinate technical, workforce, quality, and security support.
Monitor scope, budget, staffing commitments, and subcontractor deliverables; route proposed changes through authorized contract processes.
Ensure required reports, transition plans, security and continuity deliverables, and improvement initiatives are complete and timely.
Maintain accountability for service recovery and track corrective actions through verified closure.

QualificationsRequired qualifications

A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of project management experience or related work. Ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage schedules and risks, interpret performance reports, and communicate effectively with client leaders.

Preferred qualifications

Experience managing government or public-benefits contact center programs; contract transitions and remote teams; vendor and budget management; familiarity with protected-data environments. PMP or a comparable project management credential is preferred, not required.

Relevant experience (having served as a Project Manager, or in a comparable senior delivery-leadership role, for a proposed or active contact center program supporting Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or other public-benefits services);
