Key Responsibilities
o manage and control project billing activities, verify contractor bills, prepare client invoices, monitor quantities, and ensure accurate measurement and certification of work executed in line with project contracts and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify contractor RA (Running Account) bills and final bills.
- Check measurements and quantities executed at site against BOQ and contract provisions.
- Prepare and certify client bills as per project milestones and progress.
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning engineers, and contractors for billing-related documentation.
- Monitor project costs and maintain billing records.
- Track variations, change orders, extra items, and escalation claims.
- Verify reconciliation of materials and quantities.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and project procedures.
- Support preparation of cost reports, MIS reports, and billing status dashboards.
- Follow up on bill certifications, approvals, and payments.
- Assist in contract administration and commercial management activities.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and project closeout.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and billing procedures.
- Familiarity with BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and contract management.
- Experience in infrastructure, industrial, residential, commercial, or EPC projects.
