We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn Junior Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will help design SuperCom’s next-generation web and mobile products for the electronic-monitoring domain. You will focus on creating clear and intuitive user experiences while supporting product activities-- from defining requirements to guiding features through development. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces for web and mobile products. 
  • Translate complex workflows and data into simple, user-friendly experiences. 
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. 
  • Present design concepts and refine solutions based on user and stakeholder feedback. 
  • Contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across products. 
  • Support implementation by preparing design specifications and reviewing developed features. 
  • Translate user and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 
  • Help prioritize product needs, clarify requirements, and track features during development. 
  • Participate in sprint planning, product reviews, and other Agile activities. 

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related role.  
  • A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and work on web or mobile products. 
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and responsive design. 
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality interfaces. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product requirements, and user stories. 
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and spoken English. 
  • Experience using AI tools as part of the product-design process - An Advantage 
  • Experience with B2B, data-rich, mobile, or IoT products - An Advantage 
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility, and usability testing - An Advantage 
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools - An Advantage 
  • Experience working closely with software development and QA teams - An Advantage
