Be the integrity champion of our gaming platform. As a Redeem Coordinator, you’ll protect our community by managing high-stakes transactions, ensuring every player receives fair and accurate redemptions, and preventing fraud that could harm both players and the business.
Responsibilities
- Be the trusted voice for every player inquiry, resolve complex redemption questions with expertise and care
- Turn redemption moments into player loyalty, make every transaction smooth, transparent, and delightful
- Guard against fraud with sharp instincts and data-driven analysis, be the security sentinel protecting both players and company
- Dig into player data to spot trends, validate requests, and make informed approval decisions
- Uphold rigorous compliance standards on every approval, keeping the platform trustworthy and secure
- Stay ahead of emerging threats by identifying unusual patterns and escalating new fraud schemes for investigation
