Key position functions include:
- Maintains accurate information on all rental equipment in operating system.
- Reviews Sales and Operational needs weekly with local teams.
- Utilizes existing inventory and order new inventory to meet customer needs.
- Forecasts and communicates to AMS Supervisor or AMS Manager local needs to maintain acceptable levels of rental tool inventory.
- Accurately tracks all rental assets once it has left their assigned Stream-Flo facility.
- Verifies all rental equipment that was deployed is returned. If deployed rental equipment is not returned, follow up with the Customer and sales for awareness and continue its rent until returned.
- Receives equipment that has returned for customer locations.
- Loads demand on the shop for a quick turnaround on assets so that they can be utilized at their optimum capacity.
- Monitors Inventory on both rental assets and rental asset repair parts at the branch location.
- Processes and bills of customer orders. Ensures all month-end, customer damage repair, and +30 day recurring billings are all complete in a timely manner.
- Maintains an accurate fleet list, showing the status of each rental tool package on their assigned branch.
- Monitors utilization on existing rental tools and collaborates with other locations to maximize utilization.
- Works closely with AMS Supervisor, US AMS Manager, and Field Sales to develop KPIs on Rental Tool utilization and processing time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
- Related post-secondary or equivalent is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of wellhead and flow control equipment.
- Knowledge of ERP system (pref. SAP), and typical inventory management practices.
- Attention to detail, good planning, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications. (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
