Execution, Quality & Support

  • Apply TDD, CI/CD, and automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Support UAT, production deployment, and ongoing production issues, including incident analysis and remediation.

  • Deliver solutions for high-volume, time-sensitive processing and complex exception workflows under strict availability, accuracy, and audit requirements.

  • Protect straight-through processing, regulatory-grade data quality, system stability, data integrity, and operational resilience while meeting aggressive delivery timelines.

Collaboration & Ownership

  • Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability from design through production support.

  • Promote a culture of quality, automation, and continuous improvement.

What We Value

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • A proactive team player with clear and effective communication skills.

  • A quality-focused engineering mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

  • The ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

  • The ability to balance delivery speed with stability, accuracy, and maintainability.

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Angular, or React.

  • Knowledge of financial transaction processing, reconciliation, or data platforms.

  • Experience supporting high-volume, business-critical applications in production.
