The Role

As EHS Coordinator for Stark Future Mexico, you make sure health, safety and environmental standards are implemented and maintained across our production and facility operations. You will be on the floor every day, setting the standard, training the teams, and holding the site to it.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement and monitor HSE policies

  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits

  • Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed

  • Train staff on safety procedures and best practices

  • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations

  • Perform workplace inspections

  • Monitor safety equipment and PPE compliance

  • Run safety meetings and training sessions

  • Report HSE performance to management

How we will measure success: zero safety incidents, zero workplace accidents, full compliance with safety regulations, timely incident reporting and resolution, and continuous improvement of HSE practices.

What you will bring to Stark

  • Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations

  • 2 to 4 years in HSE coordination in manufacturing, automotive or the EV industry

  • Experience implementing safety programmes

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication in English and Spanish

  • Ability to conduct training and audits

Nice to have

  • Certification in HSE management

  • Experience in Lean Safety practices
