About this role

Are you looking a Business Change Management Consultant to build your career in business change and work on transformation programmes that make a real impact?

You’ll join us as a Business Change Management Consultant in Sopra Steria’s Aerospace, Defence and Security business, where you’ll support transformation activity across ERP, MES and PLM environments. You’ll help teams adopt new ways of working, embed processes and bring clarity to change – all in a fast‑paced industrial setting. You’ll work closely with senior consultants, stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, taking the lead on key change management activities without direct line management responsibilities.

We can offer great career progression opportunities, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs, and training and development to help you grow. This role is hybrid, with three days a week on site in Bristol, Manchester or Chester.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting end‑to‑end change management activity, from strategy execution through to rollout and adoption tracking.
  • Facilitating workshops, training and communications to help people understand and adopt change.
  • Identifying risks, adoption barriers and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Contributing to SOPs, playbooks and change collateral so teams are aligned and informed.
  • Helping track KPIs and benefits realisation to make sure changes deliver the right outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience supporting change initiatives in ERP, MES or PLM environments.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop‑floor operations.
  • Ability to facilitate sessions and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience tracking adoption and supporting training activity.
  • An analytical mindset to structure ambiguous problems and drive actionable outcomes.

It would be great if you had:

  • Exposure to Value Stream Mapping or process improvement.
  • Understanding of digital thread concepts.
  • Familiarity with PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill or 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA.

If you’re interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we’re looking for, please do apply, we’d love to hear from you!
