- Develop and maintain onboarding materials and guidance, ensuring they support different learning styles including self-paced and self-service options.
- Engage effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality onboarding experiences and manage expectations.
- Monitor performance, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement across onboarding and training services.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven hands-on experience of delivering user training and developing training materials.
- Experience of project management, including planning, risk, and issue management, and delivering to time, cost and quality targets.
- Strong team leadership and resource management experience, including setting objectives and managing performance.
- Experience of delivering workshops, presentations, and system demonstrations to a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to gather, analyse and present data to inform decisions and improve services.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
It would be great if you had:
- Client or customer facing experience.
