- Stakeholder Management - Build effective working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Work closely with finance, legal, procurement, information security, data protection and delivery functions to manage commercial and contractual matters.
- Supplier and Third-Party Management - Support procurement and the business with the commercial management of suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring contractual arrangements support business and customer requirements.
- Governance, Risk and Compliance - Identify, assess and manage commercial, contractual and operational risks throughout the bid, contract and delivery lifecycle.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in commercial, contract management, procurement or a related business discipline.
- Experience managing customer and/or supplier contracts through the contract lifecycle.
- Experience supporting bids, tenders and procurement opportunities.
- Understanding of contract drafting, review and negotiation processes.
- Ability to identify, assess and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
- Ability to interpret contractual terms and communicate practical implications to stakeholders.
- Experience working within governance and approval frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience working within public sector or regulated environments.
