Job Purpose
The Logistics Responsible is responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of goods. The role oversees inbound and outbound shipments, coordination, follow-up, and communication with logistics service providers while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound arrivals.
- Arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues.
- Communicate with logistics service providers.
- Ensure all logistics documentation is accurate and completed on time.
Qualifications
- Preferably bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations.
- Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous improvement orientation.
