About this role

SolarEdge is seeking a Junior Oracle Fusion Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance for our Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and be eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level support for Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement system updates.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Document and report on support activities and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion applications is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
