Job Description

What’s the role?

We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Facilities Coordinator to help create a welcoming, efficient and well-run workplace.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the workplace, supporting colleagues and visitors while ensuring facilities, meeting spaces, amenities and services are running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day workplace and facilities operations.
  • Complete regular workplace checks and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Set up meeting rooms and support catering and events.
  • Manage office supplies, mail, couriers, lockers and pantry amenities.
  • Support workplace technology, AV and meeting room systems.
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors and building management.
  • Provide reception and visitor support when required.
  • Support workplace safety, sustainability and general administration.

About you

  • Previous experience in facilities, workplace coordination, hospitality, reception or office administration.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident coordinating multiple tasks, contractors and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, practical and comfortable working independently.
  • A positive, team-focused approach.
  • Hospitality or hotel experience is desirable.

  • High School education or higher.
  • Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-focused can-do attitude.
  • The ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation.
