We’re looking for a commercially focused Global Supplier and Warehouse Procurement Manager to oversee our global supplier network and support the continued growth of our operations. This role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management and operational coordination across warehouse and logistics services, helping to ensure cost efficiency, scalability and high service quality across the supply chain.

📍 Location: We are open to candidates based anywhere within Spain, Portugal and Poland, with remote working available within these countries.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of global logistics service providers (LSPs), including sourcing, onboarding, performance management and contract termination

  • Identify and source warehouse facilities and logistics partners aligned with business growth and operational requirements

  • Lead RFIs/RFQs, rate negotiations and annual re-negotiations to support cost efficiency, service quality and supply security

  • Develop and manage supplier contracts, pricing structures and procurement frameworks in line with company policies and regulatory requirements

  • Build and maintain effective supplier relationships, monitoring KPIs, QBRs and cost savings, and coordinating corrective actions where needed

  • Coordinate the setup and implementation of new service centres, distribution hubs and logistics operations globally, including ramp-up and ramp-down planning

  • Standardise and optimise procurement processes, tools and documentation, contributing to digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with teams across procurement, operations, maintenance and development to align supplier activities with business forecasts and operational requirements

  • Support warehouse and supply chain improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability and operational performance

  • Manage procurement administration, including rate uploads, invoice and claims resolution, and infrastructure coordination such as hardware and temperature mapping

  • Act as an escalation point for operational and structural issues across warehouse and logistics networks



What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in strategic procurement and supplier management, ideally within pharmaceutical, cold chain or another regulated environment

  • Knowledge of pharma regulatory requirements, including GDP/GMP, and relevant cold chain standards

  • Experience managing tenders, contracts, pricing negotiations and supplier performance

  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, with experience working with international suppliers and partners

  • Ability to analyse cost, risk and operational data and use this to support procurement decisions and continuous improvement

  • Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills, with experience working cross-functionally in an international environment

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
