Pay & Perks
- $25–$35/hour (based on experience & certifications)
- $130/day per diem when traveling

What You’ll Do
- Independently connect, rig, bolt-up, and lay deck
- Read and interpret structural steel, precast, and decking drawings
- Perform limited thickness SMAW welding (carbon steel & stainless)
- Lead small crews and guide projects through multiple phases of erection
- Train and mentor team members on proper welding and erection techniques
- Maintain productivity while upholding strong safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of ironworking experience
- Proven experience with structural steel and precast erection
- Certified in SMAW (3G limited thickness) and stainless SMAW (1G)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Must have your own ironworker and welding tools
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
