E-commerce Assistant, Cosmetics & Fragrance (1-year contract, Korean only)

Main Purpose

Support E-commerce Managers in executing e-commerce initiatives and action plans to enhance brand visibility and drive business performance across key online marketplaces. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of suncare and perfume brands on pure e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of B2C e-commerce activities across key platforms including Naver, Musinsa, and Kakao.
• Manage the regular update and maintenance of content and promotional materials on e-commerce channels to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing calendars.
• Ensure all digital assets, including product content, banners, and promotional visuals, are accurately updated across all platforms.
• Liaise with external agencies to coordinate daily online operations, including product registration, customer inquiries, inventory monitoring, and follow-up on e-commerce campaigns and events.
• Support budget tracking and settlement processes related to platform operations and B2C channel activities.
• Monitor e-merchandising trends and online activities within the cosmetics and fragrance industry and share relevant findings with the team.
• Prepare regular reports, including weekly sales updates and monthly business performance summaries, for E-commerce Managers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the smooth execution of e-commerce operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in cosmetics and perfumes is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or content marketing is a plus.
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms and operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.

• 1-year Contract (subject to renewal based on performance evaluation)
