Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working outdoors, and are passionate about helping homeowners protect and improve their properties. No roofing experience? No problem — we provide full training.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000 (W-2 position)
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential
- Average Earnings: $100,000+ annually

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a track record of setting and hitting goals

- Leadership skills — ability to inspire and guide others
- Valid driver's license required
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs
