About this role

The Director of Growth, Advance Care owns day-to-day performance across SGA's Advanced Care practices and is accountable for turning implant and full-arch demand into consulted, closed, financed, and treated cases. This is an operator role, not a strategy seat. You are the single point of accountability for whether the Advanced Care practices hit their numbers each week. You sit between marketing, the agencies, practice teams, and the treatment coordinators, and you make the whole funnel move: lead in, consult booked, case presented, financing approved, case treated. You report to the VP of Advanced Care and translate the vertical's strategy into daily execution and measurable production.

Responsibilities:

1. Practice performance

  • Own the weekly and monthly production numbers for each Advanced Care practice, by service line and by provider.

  • Run a standing performance cadence with practice leadership: review the numbers, find the gap, decide the fix, assign the owner.

  • Spot underperforming practices early and drive the intervention before a soft month becomes a soft quarter.

2. Demand and lead flow

  • Manage the paid media and agency partners feeding implant and full-arch leads, and hold them to lead quality and cost per qualified lead, not just volume.

  • Own lead-to-consult speed and show rate. Close the gaps between a lead coming in and a patient sitting in the consult chair.

  • Keep the funnel honest: qualified lead definitions, tracking, and attribution that leadership can trust.

3. Consult-to-treatment conversion

  • Drive case acceptance. Work with treatment coordinators and providers on presentation, objection handling, and follow-up.

  • Own financing as a conversion lever: approval rates and attach rates across CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, and in-house options.

  • Reduce leakage between case presented, case accepted, and case treated.

4. Capacity and operations

  • Make sure provider schedules, surgical capacity, and lab timelines can absorb the demand the marketing is generating.

  • Protect the patient experience through a high-ticket, high-consideration buying journey.

  • Flag capacity constraints to the VP before they cap growth.

5. Reporting and accountability

  • Maintain a clear performance view that the VP of Advanced Care can read at a glance: pipeline, conversion, production, and financing by practice.

  • Bring decisions, not just dashboards. Every review ends with what changes and who owns it.

Metrics:

  • Cost per qualified implant / full-arch lead: Down and stable across the portfolio

  • Lead-to-consult show rate: Fewer leads lost between click and chair

  • Consult-to-treatment conversion: Higher case acceptance, practice by practice

  • Financing attach and approval rate: More qualified cases funded, fewer lost to cost

  • Full-arch case volume and revenue: Growth against target across Advanced Care practices

  • Advanced Care production per practice: Consistent month-over-month growth

Key Experience:

  • Five or more years driving growth or operations in dental, DSO, or elective healthcare, with direct exposure to implants, full-arch, or high-ticket cash-pay treatment.

  • A track record of moving a full funnel, from lead generation through case acceptance and treatment, not just one slice of it.

  • Comfort managing paid media and outside agencies, and the confidence to hold them accountable to outcomes.

  • Fluency with patient financing and its role in closing high-ticket cases.

  • Data fluency. You can read a dashboard, find the constraint, and act on it.

  • Experience managing performance across multiple locations or teams at once.

Preferred Experience:

  • Direct experience with full-arch (All-on-X) marketing and consult economics.

  • Familiarity with CRM, call tracking, and attribution tooling in a multi-site environment.

  • Prior work inside a DSO or multi-practice group operating a shared services model.
