Primary Responsibilities
- Provide high level of care and professionalism with the customer and customer's belongings
- Disassemble, wrap, and protect customer's belongings and furniture following fire and/or water losses and load them on and off of vehicles for transportation to and from the home to our storage facility.
- Mandatory participation in after-hours on-call rotation every 3-4 weeks, as needed. (nights and weekends)
- Aid in performing cleaning/deodorization of structures along with moving of contents as required.
- Promote highest level of attention to company's safety processes
- Safely operate company vehicles while keeping them neat and orderly
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid TX driver's license
- Ability to lift at minimum 70lbs on a regular basis with no limitation
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to pass a background check
